We Have Smiles!
I have to say, there is nothing that makes up the sleepless nights, the mastitis (yes, I had that this weekend), the occasional screaming spells, and the blatant refusal to sleep more worthwhile than a big old gummy smile aimed right at you. LM has been flashing sleep grins since he was born, and flashing the odd smile for a little while, but only at other people - never at me or D.
But in the past couple of days he's started grinning more frequently and today I've gotten three smiles and it's not even noon. It's pretty awesome.

Also, and I'm not saying it's the case although maybe something to look out for... I got mastitis with every. single. tooth that Leila got. It took me about four or five times to figure it out, but I guess it was more unconfortable for her to suck or something and anyway, that's what happened to me. Nothing that I didn't nip in the bud with a couple hot baths, tylenol and hot water bottles. Also, it always seemed to happen on the weekends when the doctor was closed and there was no way I was going to the hospital. Although I suspect you are still under midwife care and so just disregard that last part.

Hi, I love how you are running this blog. I just started a blog of my own and I was wondering if you would like to do a link exchange with my site. My site can be found at:

If you want to do this, just leave a comment on my site, on any post, and I’ll link you later that night.
Thanks,
Dave
